Editorial AI disclosure
AIpressr commentary (non-paid items in the feed — titles, deks, Editor's Take, and analysis) is AI-written, checked against accuracy and attribution rules, with editorial oversight on paid submissions. Commentary may contain inaccuracies — follow the source link for the underlying facts.
Paid submissions are reviewed by a human editor before publication.
We use large language models from providers including Anthropic and DeepSeek, accessed via DeepInfra and the Anthropic API. The specific model selection changes as we tune for cost and quality, and is not pinned in this section.
Nature of editorial content
AIpressr's editorial commentary — including Editor's Take and our analysis — is opinion and commentary on matters of public interest. It reflects views and interpretations of third-party reporting rather than independent factual reporting of our own, and should be read as such. For any factual assertions, readers should consult the linked source for the underlying facts. Nothing in our commentary is intended as professional, financial, legal, or investment advice.
Paid submissions
A press-release submission costs $50 USD via Stripe Checkout. The fee covers human editorial review, publication on aipressr.com, and a targeted email distribution to matched journalists in our press-contacts directory. We reserve the right to reject submissions that violate these terms; rejected submissions are refunded in full.
Submitters retain copyright of their content and, for accepted submissions, grant AIpressr a perpetual, non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive it. By submitting, you represent and warrant that the content is accurate and not misleading, that you hold all rights necessary to submit and license it, and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and is not defamatory or otherwise unlawful. You agree to indemnify and hold AIpressr harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your submitted content or your breach of these representations.
Paid submissions are clearly labeled as sponsored. Labeling does not constitute endorsement of the submission's claims by AIpressr.
Commentary model
For news items sourced from third-party publishers, AIpressr publishes AI-assisted editorial analysis — commentary about the announcement — together with a prominent link back to the source. We do not republish full third-party article text. Where it adds context, we may include a short pull-quote of one or two sentences under fair use, with attribution. Full source bodies are only retained on AIpressr when the source has granted republication rights (PR wire submissions, Creative Commons, public-domain government materials, or an explicit opt-in agreement). Publishers who would prefer not to be commented on at all can write to editorial@aipressr.com and we will remove the affected items within one business day.
Press-contact directory
The press-contact directory is curated from public information. Any journalist may claim their row to update or correct it, or opt out entirely via the unsubscribe link on every blast email. We do not sell, rent, or share the directory.
Copyright and takedown
If you believe content on AIpressr infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@aipressr.com identifying the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material on AIpressr, and your contact information. We will review promptly and remove material that we agree is infringing or for which we cannot verify a license. We may in the future register a designated agent for formal DMCA safe-harbor protection; if and when that happens, the agent's contact details will be posted in this section.
No warranty
The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” for general informational purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIpressr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or availability of any content, and disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You rely on the content at your own risk and should verify anything material via the linked source.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIpressr, Fluency Digital, and their owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the site or its content. These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
